All invoices, billing statements, payment processing, and credit card charges for services or purchases associated with Just Market It, LLC may appear under the name “Devine Solutions Group, LLC” and not “Just Market It, LLC.”

Due to the nature of digital marketing, consulting, branding, strategy, creative services, downloadable products, digital products, and custom work, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds, credits, or cancellations may be issued solely at the discretion of Devine Solutions Group, LLC.
Monthly recurring services may require written notice of cancellation in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
No Guarantee of Results
Devine Solutions Group, LLC and its affiliated brands do not guarantee specific business, marketing, SEO, advertising, lead generation, traffic, conversion, ranking, revenue, or sales results.
Marketing performance may vary based on numerous factors outside of our control including but not limited to competition, advertising budgets, website conditions, search engine algorithms, AI-generated search experiences, consumer behavior, platform policy changes, industry trends, economic conditions, and third-party platforms.
Any examples, case studies, projections, testimonials, or past performance references provided on the Websites or through communications are illustrative only and do not guarantee future outcomes.

Class Action Waiver
